There is ample parking available at our main location 1180 Main Ave, Cleveland OH 44113.  

Parking fees will vary by day depending on the event taking place at the time.  CLE Tiki Barge does not have any control over the parking lot, or any fees associated with parking there, as it is controlled by a third-party parking service.  On most days, parking starts at $10.60 via credit card only.
There is also parking located near all our other stops!

No. It is first-come, first-served and we cannot guarantee a spot if the boat is at full capacity. In that event, you may need to wait for the taxi to come back to the stop.

The comfort and safety of our passengers is our top priority. With the exception of service animals, permission to board the water taxi with dogs is at the discretion of the Captain at the time of boarding, and is based on available space and the number of passengers on board. All dogs must remain leashed and under control at all times. They may not occupy seats or cause a disturbance to other passengers. Please note that life jackets for dogs are not provided and should be supplied by the owner if desired.
Due to limited space, our ability to accommodate bikes will vary based on current conditions, capacity aboard the taxi, and location. Final determination will be made by the Captain at the time of boarding.
Cleveland Water Taxi is weather dependent and will suspend operations in the event of severe lighting, heavy rain, and high winds. It is up to the Captain to decide whether conditions are unsafe and to delay or cancel taxi operations that day. If taxi operations are canceled for the day of your pass, a rain check will be issued to allow you to return another day. Rain checks do not expire.
No, the water taxi is cashless. However, we do accept cash tips for the Crew.

You can board the taxi at any of our stops!  Check the taxi tracker ( Route ) for our locations.

No alcohol may be consumed while riding aboard the water taxi.
